Swabha’s restocking service kit includes 11 guest essentials per room: tea, coffee, sugar, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, tissue roll, tissue paper, toilet seat band, Airwick air freshener, and small garbage bags.

Restocking costs ₹999 per room per month, covering all 11 items. For properties with multiple rooms or multiple listings, our team can create a customized restocking plan.

The service runs on a monthly cycle, with items topped up during visits so supplies never run out between guest stays. If your occupancy is unusually high in a given month, our team will flag consumption and suggest adjustments.

No. Turnover cleaning covers cleaning and staging; restocking is a separate paid service. However, for peace of mind, hosts combine the two so every check-in gets a spotless and fully stocked property.

Yes. We can customise items like drinking water bottles, cookies, dental kits, or premium toiletries on request. Add-ons are billed separately from the standard ₹999 service.

We just don't drop supplies; our team checks existing stock during every visit, refills what is low, and stages amenities neatly in the bathroom and pantry area so the property always looks guest-ready.

Swabha uses trusted, organic, guest-friendly brands for all amenities. If you prefer specific brands for your property, we can arrange them for you, and billing will be done separately.

Yes. We restock multiple Airbnb and short-term rental properties across Jaipur under a single monthly plan, with per-room billing for each property.
 

After every visit, our team updates the visit record with photos and video evidence on our web app, this will give you a track of what was refilled and when.
