From a rental pain-point to a full-service operations partner

Three years ago, my brother and two friends jumped into the Jaipur Airbnb business with big dreams, but quickly hit a frustrating wall: turnovers. They tried every available app and freelancer, but inconsistent cleaning kept leading to unhappy guests and operational headaches. Seeing the struggle firsthand sparked a lightbulb moment. My brother realized that hosts didn't just need a cleaning app, they needed a reliable partner. In January 2025, I looked at the vision and said, "Let me build this." I stepped in to turn that raw idea into reality, and Swabha was officially born. It was not traditional cleaning; it's all automated, application-based cleaning and housekeeping algorithms. From hiring Hotelier staff to in-house Laundry management and automated workflow in the web application, we were ready to hit the market. And yes, we are the only housekeeping and cleaning service provider for Airbnb and homestays in Jaipur.
