Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Property Operation Management.
How does Swabha’s Airbnb property management model work?
We operate your property on a 50% revenue-sharing model. Swabha handles listing management, guest communication, turnover cleaning, restocking, and linen laundry, all covered within our revenue share. You receive your 50% share along with transparent reporting.
What costs does the host bear?
The host bears ownership costs: rent (if applicable), electricity and utilities, furniture, fixtures, and maintenance and repairs. Everything related to operations, including cleaning, restocking, and laundry, is covered by Swabha’s share.
Are cleaning, restocking, and laundry really included?
Yes. Unlike per-service billing, our management model includes turnover cleaning, monthly restocking, and linen laundry within the 50% revenue share. There are no separate service invoices for these.
How do I know how much my property earned?
You get transparent booking and revenue reporting through our web app, showing occupancy, earnings, and your share for each period.
Who handles guest communication?
Our dedicated and professional team manages all guest interactions. This includes inquiries, bookings, check-in instructions, in-stay support, issue resolution, and reviews, so you can have peace of mind every time.
Do I need to furnish my property on my own?
Yes, furniture procurement, fixtures, and appliances are part of the host’s investment. However, our experienced team can advise on guest-ready furnishing standards and key selling points that improve occupancy and nightly rates.
What happens in case of damage or repair needs?
Our team keeps track of issues early through our cleaning and inspection routines. Report them to you with photo evidence on our web app and coordinate repairs with your approval. However, the host will bear all the repair costs.
Can Swabha manage a property that is not yet on Airbnb?
Yes. We handle listing creation, photography coordination, pricing, and launch. If your property also needs homestay registration, our license consulting service can guide you through it.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
We work on mutually agreed terms and recommend a few months minimum to establish rankings, reviews, and stable occupancy. Details are finalized in the management agreement.
How do I get started?
Airbnb Property Management Service in Jaipur can be availed by book via WhatsApp or the contact page. We will visit your property, assess its earning potential, walk you through the agreement, and take it live.
