Swabha’s professional linen & laundry management service covers pickup of soiled linens after check-out. The laundry management process includes washing, sanitizing, ironing, and delivery of fresh linens before the next check-in. Linens that we include are bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet covers, towels, and bathmats. You will also get live tracking of linens inventory in our integrated web app.

Airbnb Laundry Service starts at ₹150 per day, per studio apartment. The final price depends on the size of the property, the total number of beds and bathrooms, and the linen volume. For the exact pricing, our team will visit the property to understand your laundry requirements.

For same-day turnovers, we work around your check-out and check-in timings and use rotation sets so fresh linens are always available. Just share your booking calendar (you can also avail this service within our web app), and we plan pickups and deliveries accordingly.

Yes, linens belong to the host. We recommend keeping at least two to three sets per room in rotation for smooth same-day turnovers. If you need help procuring quality linen sets, our team can guide and assist you, but it will be billed separately.

No. Airbnb Turnover cleaning service includes changing linens, but washing them is a separate paid service. Most of our hosts combine turnover cleaning with laundry management, so the entire Guest Cycle is handled end-to-end by Swabha. 

To maintain hygiene standards, all linens are machine-washed with eco-friendly cleaning agents, sanitized, and fully dried in proper sunlight (UV lighting, in case of cloudy weather) before ironing. To avoid cross-contamination, separate laundry bags with proper tagging to keep washed and soiled linens separate. From pickup, processing, and delivery, the entire cycle is supervised by the dedicated Laundry Manager.

We flag heavily stained or damaged linen items during pickup and report them to the host with photo evidence on our web app. Where possible, we attempt stain treatment; items beyond recovery are reported to the host, and they can claim discarded linens or replace them.

Yes. We manage linen cycles for hosts with multiple Airbnb and short-term rental properties in Jaipur, with pickups and deliveries synced to each property’s bookings.

Yes, we manage towels and bathroom linens. Linen items include bath towels, hand towels, face towels, and bath mats. Bath linens will be delivered along with your bed linens.
